Question: I need to lose weight fast!.!.!.!?
I am 5'5 and I weigh 153 pounds!. I walk about 2 times a week for twenty minutes!. I would like to get down to 130 lbs as soon as possible!. What exercise should I do!? What do I eat!? How much of both!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, there is magic formula when it comes to quick weight loss!.

To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume!. To lose a pound you have to burn through exercise or life functions around 3,500 calories!.

I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months!. That was 22 months ago!.

I ate a healthy sensible diet and embarked on regular exercise!. Both of which I had not done before!. The results were amazing!.

You need to start by making the right choices in food!. It is suprising how much sugar and saturated fat you can consume in a normal day!.

Try to keep all junk foods, ready made processed meals, alcohol, sugared fizzy drinks and takeaway meals to an absolute minumum!. Junk food is just what it says - JUNK!. With one added ingredient in - FAT!.

Try to include more wholefoods into your diet!. Such as brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, beans & pulses!. These are high in fibre and will keep you feeling fuller for longer!.

Eat lean meats, fish, poutry, eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, low fat dairy products, skimmed milk and non sugary cereals!.

Snack on fresh fruit only, drink plenty of water, stop eating when you feel full!.

Any cardiovascular exercise will really help to acelerate your weight loss!. It will help by getting your heart rate!. Enabling you to burn off those excess calories!.

Walking will usually boost your heart rate quicker than no-impact activities like swimming or cycling!.

High impact or exercises that involve running, or jumping with a jump rope, climbing up stairs, using a trampoline will often burn more calories than lower impact things like walking!.

By having a routine and exercise on a regular basis!. 4/5 times a week is really good for 30 minutes at a time!.

The body is designed to move!. Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN!. EXERCISE will really help to acelerate your weight loss!.

I suggest joining a gym, or something like Weight Watchers!.

Continue to walk, but try interspersing that with short sprints and some jogging!. Walk for longer, go faster, and go more often!.

Do different things!. For example: jump roping every other morning, walking/jogging every afternoon and going for a bike ride on the evenings when you haven't jump-roped!.

Look up and learn about exercises that target specific problem areas- arms, stomach, legs!.!.!. and do those regularly for toning!.

Drink a lot of water- when you feel the urge to snack, have a glass of water instead!. Instead of three large meals, have 4-5 small ones throughout the day, whenever you feel hungry!.

Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, cut down on carbs, and eat fish instead of red meat!.

Avoid soda and sweets!. Set a small amount that you can have each week!.

When you eat, only do just that!. Focus on each bite and be aware of when you stop feeling hungry!.

Cut your food into smaller pieces, eat slowly, and take a sip of water/juice/milk every couple of bites!.

Atkins is a great booster to get you started!. I lost 11 lbs in 1 month! It's not very healthy long term though!.!.!. So I suggest very low carb for 1 month and then have a balanced diet but low cal!. I love my exercise bike and I also do ab exercises that I got from 17 magazine, while you're in the supermarket check out the magazine rack they usually have really good exercises in them!. I'm including a link to the meal maker you create a virtual meal and it gives nutrition facts so that should help with your meal plans!. Oh and when you walk add weights you'll burn more calories and tone! I use Reebok wrist weights, but you can hold regular weights too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Continue to walk, but walk 6 days out of the week for 60 minutes, and push the pace so you are working hard enough that you can still talk comfortably, but you wouldn't be able to sing comfortably!.
Eat just until you are not hungry and stop DO NOT eat until you are full!. Stop eating because you are bored, or sad, or any other reason than the physical hunger!. Follow the food pyramid for the type of food to eat!.

When it comes to weight, consider the following about you:
*Eating Habits
*Activity level (if you run 1mile a day, running 1/2 isn't going to work but if you don't run at all, then 1/2 mile helps a long way)
*work type(do you work actively!? or are you in an office!?)
*Health condition (cholesterol/blood preassure, etc)

Or jog 5 days a week for 15 min!. instead of walking!.
Do strength exercise every other day 3 days a week!.
Cut out soda drinks!. Drink lots of water!. Always have a good breakfast, never skip it!. Have healthy snacks in between meals!. Have a light lunch and a portioned dinner with veggies!. Eat slow, and stop when you know you are full!. Chew gum when you want a candy!. I honestly dont think you need to lose weight but I'd also take a visit to the gym or if you can afford it get a personal trainer!. Just do your daily rutine more often!. Plus take diets into consideration!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try an organization like WeightWatchers and see if you can get a free fitness evaluation from a certified trainer who can tell you what to do to get fit!. Bookstores are filled with exercise books too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
