Question: I am never hungry!.!.!.I eat becuase I feel I am supposed to!.!.do I have an eating disorder!?
I eat breakfast (a cup of cheerios and 1 cup of 1% milk)

and I eat lunch (1 cup soup)

and dinner (1 small oatmeal packet)

but I am never really hungry!. I eat because my family eats at that time and I feel I need to!. Do I have an eating disorder!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You get it sometimes when you're in love lol or if something happened (usually traumatic)

First of all, we don't know anything about you:
your age, height, weight, whether you are depressed or not, etc!.

It really looks like you need to eat more, but honestly, how do you feel day to day!?

Do you feel like you have a good relationship with food!? I mean, you are not afraid to eat or anything like that!?

An eating disorder is a clinical diagnosis and there are certain indicators!. If you are concerned you should talk to your parents and your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you choice not to each that much even when you are hungry I wouldn't say you have an eating disorder!. However, you might have a chemical imbalance and the receptors in your brain aren't receiving signals from your stomach when it needs food!. Perhaps you should go to a specialist and see what your options are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Regardless of how slow your metabolism might be, your body could get really sick if you don't give it the nutrients it needs!. Increase the fruit/vegetable intake in your diet because of all the natural vitamins they contain!. Looks like you could use more protein, too!.
More importantly, you say nothing about your age or your weight in your question, so don't take anybody's advice too seriously and talk to a professional about this instead :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You aren't eating much!. A small packet of oatmeal for dinner is hardly anything at all!. You may have an eating disorder judging by the amount of food you eat in a day!. Are you even reaching 1000 cals at a MINIMUM!?!?!?!? It looks like 500-600 at most!.!.!. That's not good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
