How Long Should I...?!


Question: How Long Should I!.!.!.!?
Ok, I really hate my body, so tomorrow!.!.!. I'm adding more time to my biking!. no more soda, and starting healthy food!. How long should I ride my bike a day!? I do about 30 min now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

goood GO FOR IT :) jus make sure u also eat enough remeber that that's important dont go under 1200cals and for bike ride 30mins is good but i do 20mins bike with weight training for about 40 so i do an hour workout usally try that maybe 1hr biking!? u dont have to do it all at once either but for best workout u should do as much u cann!! biking is a good exercise for your legs and heart!. if you hate your body though, I would suggest running or swimming or even jump roping!. They are more of an entire body workout and you will burn more calories with any of those!. Hating your body is not a terrible thing as long as it makes you want to change it in a healthy way!. well Heres the thing, You dont always have to bike more, You can try this thing that i've done!. Its called 500 You have to cut 500 cals from your diet and just exersize the same and stuff!. And make sure that you are having more complex sugars instead of simple sugars because those turn into fat and somplex turn into energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just start out slow and build up!. I would start to eat healthy and cut the sodas (definitely cut the sodas) and continue the 30 mins!. Then I would build up to 45 min then to 1 hr!. 1 hr a day is ideal cardiovascular exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
