Diet Plan Help Me?!


Question: Diet Plan Help Me!?
This is my plan, and yes im VEGAN!
Daily Plan

1 - 2 Cans of V-8 juice
2 - 3 tea bags of green tea
10 - 20 pretzels for snacking, 60 - 120 calories
or
100 calories of lemon & chile cornuts
1 - 2 cups of carrot juice
i like eating lots of raw fruit
ive also been trying the acai berry products
idk just want more options!

keep um low carb for me, low calorie and VEGAN!

im 5 9

Your body will burn muscle for energy because it appears there is a serious lack of protein in your diet!. You should take a protein suppliment since your diet lacks MDR (minimum daily requirement) of protein!. Although the fruit and veggies are healthy, you need carbs for energy, and you need protein to maintain muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need some carbs and protien so I suggest you do some more resarch and find out more about eating vegan so you do it healthy!. Remember, there are some amazing soy products out there!! (This coming from a carnivore)

You really need to incorporate some protein into your diet, or your body will start breaking down it's own muscle!. Try tofu or protein bars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
