Question: How can I look good in a MONTH! please help!!?
It is my 18th in a month!.
I really want to look HOT on the night of my party!.
I'm not overweight but Im curvy!.
I really want to get my stomach flat and my legs/butt toned before then!.
I joined the gym this week and I've started eating healthier!.
Does anyone have any tips as to what excercises I can do or how I can achieve this goal!?

i used to weight 145 pounds and now i weight 125 what i did i went to a doctor and he recommended me this following diet: this is the no sugar diet but fat diet
i did not eat any thing that had sugar such as coke, chocolates, bread, tortillas, fruits ( because they have sugar), rice, beans, nothing to drink but water, i could eat vegetables, meat, as much as i wanted, i was not allowed to do any exercise because your are low on sugar, it really works try it for one week and you will loose up to 6 pounds but you have to do it with a lot discipline
you can eat all meats chicken vegetables and for snacks pickles remember something that has sugar you can not eat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When i started using the eliptical machines, i noticed in a week that my legs got more defined, i reccommend those machines they are awsome, but you have to burn at least 150 calories every time you use them!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I suck at working out alone, so i recommend that you hire a trainer!. Somewhat expensive, but totally worth it! They can help you with a diet plan, and make it easier to work out!. It's good motivation when you are paying someone $50 an hour to train you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
