How much exercise is hurtful?!

Question: How much exercise is hurtful!?
I've been exercising like crazy recently, like six hours of hiking per day!. I am fit, I don't feel pain or unusually tired but someone suggested it might hurt my health in the long run!. How is it possible!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's an old saying, at least in the lifting scene, that goes: "You get big out of the gym, not in the gym"!. Every body has a breaking point - where too much of a good thing really comes into play!. Based on your own diet, pain (or lack thereof, and overall constitution, you can pretty much tell if you're beginning (or full out) overdoing it!.

The long run is definitely something to be concerned with!.!.!.runners begin to develop RMI (repeat motion injuries) in their knees, lifters develop arthritis in their hands (from gripping) and other areas (from RM)!.

Just keep an eye on things!.!.!.if you ever feel pain, that's your body saying "THat's good for now"!. Keep it moderate, and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you've worked up to it and you're conditioned for it, you can hike for six hours a day!. BUT it's best to rest for a day or two a week so you don't over-stress your body, and so your muscles have time to repair the microscopic tears that form when exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you get older, like 40s early 50s!. your bones tend to get weaker, and your heart probably wont take as much pressure as it use too!. But dont worry you'll still be able to do the same stuff just not as long!.!.!.like six hrsWww@Answer-Health@Com

That's crazy!! to much exercise is perfectly fine!. thats great if your fit but always exercise!. its helps your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
