Question:

I need a healthy diet!?

I'm 15 and all I eat is junk food. Any time I go shopping, I buy extreme butter popcorn, and even if almost our entire house is stuffed with healthy food, I manage to eat something unhealthy. Anyway to break this cycle? AND, any ideas for healthy food that also tastes good that I can buy in the store?

IMPORTANT:: I'm vegetarian
I used to buy lean cuisine, but since there's very few that are completely vegetarian, I'm sick of it.

The best food is made at home. Nothing that you buy pre-made will be good for you. Learn how to prepare food. Start simple. Buy a bag of organic baby greens (arugula is my fave), some carrots, tomatoes, red bell pepper, broccoli, and red onion. Then make a dressing. A great dressing can be made with raw organic tahini, freshly squeezed lime juice, grade B maple syrup, Real Salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Vary this dressing with some fresh or dried organic herbs. Find recipes online. There are so many. Here's a few links:
