Lose weight...?! I need all the help I can get...?!


Question: Lose weight!.!.!.!?! I need all the help I can get!.!.!.!?
I am 5'5 and weigh 155!. I would like to get down to 130 pounds!. I walk about twice a week for twenty minutes and try to eat 1300 calories a day at the most!. Please help!? I am looking for a weight loss buddy as well if anyone is interested!.

I drink alot of water!. I have never tried alot of veggies but I love fruit!. I own the following:
jumprope
pedometer
exercise ball
hand weight (x2 5lb)
bike

6 small meals a day is the most effective!. it keeps your metabolism going!.

Eat your meals in bowls - there's a mental effect (Your eating less but it tricks your mind)!. Drink a heck load of water, i drink about a gallon a day, no joke!. Maybe get a gym membership, Do a lot of cardio!. The trick is to burn more calories than you intake!. Eat 6 small meals a day - ok maybe little stuff like a banana, grapes, fruit, a turkey sandwich, Special K cereal w/ 2%, whole wheat bread w/ jam!. If you ever feel like your about to black out/pass out - THAT IS DANGEROUS!. If that ever happens, where it happened to my once in the gym, get some sugar, i love warheads *theyl get you back in the game!. AND remember again to drink A LOT of water, who cares if you need to take extra trips to the bathroom!. Also, i read but don't do because i dont want to, but you could drink a glass of water before eating a heavy meal, It will make you feel full faster!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must never just go on a diet!. What you must aim for is a lifestyle change!. If you eat a reasonably low fat, well balanced diet and build plenty of exercise into your day then you will notice the difference long term!. Quick fixes never last for long!. What you need to do is start a way of life that will last for the rest of your life!. Having a friend who will help you to avoid going off track seems like a good idea!.
