i wouldnt recommend anything like that until you reach 16 your body is not fully matured and it is not worth training any muscle groups, i seriously wouldnt reccomend working just your abs also, abs look very ugly if you dont have the pecs to go with them and will make your stomach stick out you need to add some meat to your chest first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Person above me is right!. However doing crunches everyday is unneccessary!. You should train your abs like 2 or 3 times a week!. Treat them like any other muscle!. You don't have to do 1000 crunches a day thinking you'll get a six pack!. Its mainly nutrition that will help you get your six pack since you claim you are not fat!. It takes 10% exercise and 90% nutrition for a good six pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just eat right!. dont dont aything with the weight lifting!. It could harm your growth!. just try to go play outside and do some pull ups and push ups!. Not alot just around 15- 20 is more then enough for you age!. Iam working on my six pack abs as well lol!. i will be putting my pic up soon enough!. I just need to lose some body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to see your abs you need less than 12% body fat!. Get your body fat tested now so you know if you should maintain your weight or lose!. In the meantime, I would do some light ab exercises everyday!. For example 50 crunches before going to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
