I recently calculated My BMI and BMR and a website called Calloriesperhour!.com!. I
Answers:
Since you are male, you need at least 1,400 calories, especially since you are planning on burning 500 at the gym!.

If you eat 800 and burn 500, you have basically ate 300 calories, which is quite dangerous!.

Up your caloric intake to 1,400 (1,500 is better) and burn the 500 calories at the gym!.
You will lose weight, probably a pound a week, 2 if you work really hard!.

If you eat just 800, your body will store fats and you will GAIN weight!.

wow that is very drastic!. eating a normal diet with slight restriction, maybe try 1250 calories a day pluss burning around 500 as you suggest if that is not to hard, which i find hard but i am a 15yrold female!. then you would lose wieght, eat after exercise you burn it quicker with a faster metabolism!. eat little and often it raises metabolism making you loose more wieght and not store food as fat when you restrict for a certain time fearing later restrictions!. hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
