Question: How can i reduce the circumfurence of the waist!?!?!?!?
Answers:
Eat 4 or 5 smallish meals a day instead or eating 2 or 3, If you have to snack have a piece of fruit!.
Breakfast is important you can drop a jean size in two weeks by just eating Special K apparently!.
Make sure you eat because if you don't your body will go into starvation mode and stores the fat around the waist!.
Cut down on Sugar & Salt - Pizzas, creamcakes etc
Do at least 30 mins of exercise a day like a jog or cross trainer!.
Do the Hula! Do anything that gets your heart rate up!!
Every little helps if you feel hungry it's amazing how much a large glass off water can make you feel full, half the time it's usually the reason why you're hungry you're actually thirsty!
Ice cold water burns calories too!
*Abdominal excercises such as crunches will tone the muscle that's actually only 10% of it, the rest is in your diet and Cardio exercise
