Vitamin supplements for women...?!
Question: Vitamin supplements for women!.!.!.!?
I was just wondering what vitamin supplements are recommended for women's health!.!. I'm taking Evening Primrose Oil and was wondering if there were things I should take like calcium supplments or Vitamin B!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Supplements should be taken to ASSIST a healthy diet, not to REPLACE one!. So:
> Calcium (bone growth and strength, reduce osteoporosis)
> Evening Primrose Oil (can ease PMS)
> Fish Oil (omega-3 and 6)
> Iron (loose a lot during menstural cycle)
> Vit!. B12 (especially if you don't eat much meat)
> Zinc (great for skin and healing)
> Vit!. C (helps body asorb iron)
