Is bottled water and tap water different? How? And does it make a difference in !

Question: Is bottled water and tap water different!? How!? And does it make a difference in losing weight!?
I really want to lose weight, I've been recommended drinking 8 litres of water gradually a day and I was just wondering if it matters whether I have tap water or bottled water because they both seem the same to me so if you could tell me if they have difference, then i'll give it a best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no health difference to them!. The only difference is bottled water have a better pH balance, which has some minor health differences (not relating to weight), but generally an even pH for the taste!. Water is great for you, and will definitely help you lose weight!. I would recommend a Brita water purification pitcher and a plastic refillable water bottle!. Lose weight and you won't fill landfills! Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depending on where you live!.!.!.some tap waters are cleaner than others!. However, unless you are boiling your tap water before you are drinking it!.!.!.do not drink tap water!.
It's not because the water is not clean, it is clean but it contains chlorine!. The city puts chlorine in tap water to kill off any bacteria that might be in the water!. Chlorine breaks down minerals in your body that you need!.

Bottled water is not great either because you don't know how old the water is!. Bottled water (unless it's in glass) goes from the factory, then to distributions, then to retailers and it sits there until someone picks it up!. If it was out in the sun even for a short period of time, the plastic bottle will contaminate the water molecules!.

The best is installing a filter (so many different ones) right on your tap-water to clean out the chlorine and anything else that might not have been filtered through the city!. It will cost you a whole lot less over time and you will have fresh clean water anytime!.

***Bottled water do not have a better PH balance then tapwater in most cases!. PH balance on tapwater is always 7!.0 but 99% of bottled waters come out under PH 5!.5!. ( You want to drink water 7!.0-9!.0 PH)*** test for yourself!.

I hope that answers your question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is virtually no difference between tap water and bottled water!. Occasionally, tap water is actually cleaner if you've got a filter, and bottled water is more unhealthy because manufacturers use additives to make you want to drink more of their brand!. If you do buy bottled water (which is a shameful waste of resources), read the label to be sure that your bottled water only contains water, and no sodium!.

Bottled water is only worse for losing weight if you buy the kind with sodium!. Other than that, they are identical!.!.!.two hydrogens, one oxygen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
