Volleyball (Fitness)?
Okay,here's the deal. I need to lose weight and get stronger before volleyball camp. I need to know of anything I can do to get in shape,and any healthy diets. I have tried diets but only seem to lose 3 pounds in two weeks. I HAVE!! to lose @ least 10-15 pounds in 3 weeks. Any Advice!!

I need effective excersises in order to prepare for Volleyball Camp.

you can only lose 2 pounds a week if you do more you wil gain more weight later
so 2*3=6 pounds
