Eat smaller portions, about 5 times a day!.
When i say smaller, i mean smaller!. like 3/5 of a regular portion!.
try to eat more natural foods with less hormones and preservatives!. try to eat foods that contain the fatty acid Omega-3!.Don't forget to cut down on Carbohydrates, let your body use its stored carbs, which is located where fat usually accumulates!. make you sure you have well balanced meals!. and don't skip meals either!. Drink as much water as you can to cleanse you body and make up for the loss of fluids since sweat is 95 % water!. No diet would work with out a work out!. Do Cardio when you start, and later on try muscle toning!. You should start by jogging!. trust me it works, i started by jogging 1/2 a mile!. i ended up running up to 10 miles a day!. and on weekends when i didn't have to go to school i did 18 once!.When you start to get used to this, switch up your work outs, but adding crunches at the end of a jog, or even yoga!. Small things like that wont break your budget and will keep you in shape!. All of these things together should allow you to lose weight, because eventually if you count your calories you should be using more than the amount you are eating!. Make sure that you burn 500 more calories than you eat!. and when you get cravings drink a cold glass of water!. the desire for water is often misinterpreted by the human mind as hunger for something!. also sleeping is vital!. when your body sleeps you use more calories than when your awake sitting!. so rest up!. :]
