Question: How fast can I get ripped if I incorporate a detox with my daily workout!?
The school years is right around the corner for me and I have been on myass not doing much!. My intentions were to get focused so I can get lean and ripped by late August!. I wasted time and now I have a month left!. I have been in the gym for the past two weeks but the results are far from spectacular!. I am relatively muscular already but I have a high % of body fat ( 5'10 210lbs)!. I am trying to lose about 40 lbs while maintaining muscle, in other words gettingd ripped and lean!. If I do a Master Cleanse (Lemonade Diet, Detox, Fasting etc!.) with an intense workout, can I achieve my goal by the first of September!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Master Cleanse = Master Bating!. Doesn't work to lose fat, it will just eat up your muscle!. Go with 2500 calories of which 250 grams (1000 calories) will be from protein!. Get yourself a supplement called Udo's Oil!. This will be where you are going to get your healthy fats (25% of daily intake)!. The rest of your cabs should be from vegies, fruits, brown rice, whole grain breads and pastas!. Try to keep your lifting as heavy as is possible!. Incorporate some nuts and 2% milk servings!.

You gotta be realistic with this!. You may drop 3 lbs a week, only 2 of them are going to be fat!. that is all that is physically possible!.

PS: 5'10 210 tells me nothing about your bodyfat!. I am 5'8" 228 lbs and 8% bodyfat and my abs are still clearly visible as is my muscle definition!. Another guy 5'8" 228 lbs could be a fat slob!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
