How can i get a flat stomach in about 2 weeks?!


Question: How can i get a flat stomach in about 2 weeks!?
im not overweight, but i have one stomach roll when im sitting down!. and i hate it, :p
if your going to say sit ups - tell me how many and how many reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would just suggest to do an excersise that envolves cardiorespiratory endurance!. Like, running, swimming, jogging, jumping (on a trampoline perhaps)!. And just try to stay away from fast food or soda, treats e!.g!.- icecream, candy, etc!.
But you should be able to eat that stuff like once a week and get rid of that stomache roll!.

if you have a trampolene- go on it! - or swim!.!. running doesn't really help your stomach!.!. also avoid fatty foods and make sure you eat healthily and enough to keep you healthy or you'll end up gettin skinny not a flat stomach! also try not to slouch, this doesn't use as many muscles as sitting up right!. hope this helps!.

Avoid fast/junk food, sugary treats, sodas, cakes, fried food, etc!.

i recommend running/belly dancing everyday!.

Drink lots of water!
