Am I out of shape?!


Question: Am I out of shape!?
I've checked my BMI, but I'm not sure!.

I'm 5'7 (almost 5'8) and I weigh 127!. I weigh 121 in the morning before I eat anything!. I am 14!.

your skinny based on your height and weight, but you could be just as out of shape as a fat person if you aren't active, do you excersise regularly!? play a sport!? walk a lot to places!? if the answers to these questions are no then you are probably are out of shape!. move more, go for a 20 min walk everyday, a nice casual walk in the evening will help you get started!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As for your height/weight ratio, you are perfectly healthy!. Unfortunately, this doesn't have much affect n whether you are "in shape" or not!.
Your physical fitness depends on stamina, daily activities, muscle tone, etc!. I have some very very thin friends who couldn't even run a mile in under 10 minutes to save their lives, while on the other hand, doctors are always surprised to see how high my weight is because i am visually very fit, thin, and toned, but since muscle weighs much more than fat, my weight is higher than most my age/height!.
Anyway, as long as you get in a good 30 minutes or so of exercise every day, you should have nothing to worry about, you're totally healthy!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah your pretty much at a normal weight for your size!. what do u mean you weigh 121 in the morning but then at the end of the day u weigh 127!? thats really weird!. well yeah!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, you're a bit too thin!. You should weigh minimum 130 for that height!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
