In my opinion, if you aren't willing to put in the work, even if you lose weight, you won't keep it off!. You absolutely don't have to starve yourself, that doesn't work!. You need to eat a healthy, well balanced, portion controlled diet and you do need to exercise to keep weight off and be as healthy as you can be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In a year I lost 61 pounds!. Did I eat just vegetables and nothing greasy!? Nope!. I ate whatever I wanted-BUT i only ate small portions with each meal and I didn't eat hardly any sweets, just every now and then!. I'm happy to say that even still now I have remained at the same weight after I lost 61 pounds!. I haven't lost or gained any weight in over a year!. Once you get used to it, it's easy!.

And believe me if you knew me, you'd know im a MAJOR sweets fanatic so at first it was hard to not eat much sweets!. now i eat a little bit more but yet i haven't gained anymore weight!.

DO THIS I DID!AND I HVE LOST 45 PDS!.WITHOUT EXERCISING!.FOR BREAKFAST-EAT A MUTI GRAIN CERAL WITH A FRUIT!.BLACK COFFEE OR TEA!.SNACK-A APPLE-LUNCH A LEAN CUISINE!.SNACK-APPLE-DINNER ANOTHER LEAN CUISINE,-SNACK AN APPLE!. DRINK 2 QUARTS OF WATER DURING THE DAY!. NO SOFT DRINKS!.WALK IF YOU CAN!.WALKING IS AN ALL BODY TONER, IF YOU CAN'T GET OUT TRY WALKING AROUND THE HOUSE FOR 30 MINS,I LOST MINE JUST BY DOING MY EVERDAY THINGS!. hmmm a low cal diet would probably b best for you - look into it - you can eat all the meat you want but you have to lay off the grains (breads and pastas)
