Am I doing the right thing by not eating pork anymore?!

Question: Am I doing the right thing by not eating pork anymore!?
I hadn't eaten beef my whole life!. I now want to stop eating pork, since it's not very healthy!. I'll still eat chicken, turkey, and seafood, which is really the only meats I've always eaten!. I'm very anemic, but I just can't make myself eat beef, and iron pills really don't increase my iron levels that much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you are doing great!. Watch out with that seafood though!. Make sure you only eat fish with FINS AND SCALES!. Do not eat shellfish like lobster or shrimp or anything like that!. They are crustaceans and bottom dwellers they eat poop!. Did you know lobster in the olden days was slave food!? Also do not eat catfish is is also a bottom dweller!. It has fins but no scales so it absorbs all the toxins in the water and is very unhealthy!. New studies show tilapia is unhealthy as well!. Now as for the pork they developer this disease similar to mad cow disease because they are fed slop!. What is slop!? Mostly it consists of nasty uneaten rotten human food bought or donated to farms by restaurants!. People eat pork at restaurants so the pork are eating themselves! Also they carry this disease similar to the aids virus that CANNOT BE COOKED OFF! They also carry this pig influenza virus that also cannot be cooked off!. I found all this out by reading the book Kevin Trudeau's "MORE NATURAL "CURES" REVEALED" It is an awesome book and it changed my life!. I no longer eat pork and I ate it mostly my whole life!. Beef is healthy for you though!. You have to get grass fed free range antibiotic free and hormone free meat which can get a little expensive!. As for the iron yes LEAN red meat has good iron!. So does pork but pork is unhealthy for you anyways!. Iron Rich Foods
Foods that are a good source of iron include:
liver
lean red meats, including beef, pork, lamb
