Which muscles on which day....i really need answers?
I have a 2 day alternating workout schedule that I'm pretty sure isn't very effective at this point. I just want to know which muscles should i work each day for maximum results? (i.e. day one work biceps, day two work triceps)
I hope this is clear enough and look forward to reading helpful answers. Thanks.

Rule #1: You do not do a curl for at least 2 months!
Day #1 (Upper Body): Chest presses, pullups, rows, shoulder presses, maybe a tricep exercise in there
Day #2 (Lower Body): Deadlift, squat, hack squat, core work, mix in some leg curls and leg extensions here and there but focus on squats and deadlifts. For a good exercise guide, go to http://www.exrx.net/lists/directory.html...
