What kind of healthy breakfast,lunch,snack for the girl i babysit?!


Question: What kind of healthy breakfast,lunch,snack for the girl i babysit!?
Hello,
Im babysitting my neighbors daughter for 2 weeks wich she is 10
And her parents say that she is is overweight and needs to eat healthy, and the daughter doesnt mined to eat healthy,

So im providing her lunch and breakfast and snack for school
What should I serve her!? I promissed her parents I would feed her healthy foods!. I do to eat healthy but I just want to no what for her to have for

Breakfast

Lunch

Snack

And she hates celery,oatmeel,carrits
Please help me, I care for her like she is my sister!.

monday-friday each day she and me will do, 1oo jumpin jacks,5o push up knee, 5o sit up,20 squat and on weekened
she and me will walk two dogs each on each day of the weekeened with excersise is that good for her!?, im doing it so she wont be left out and to make it more fun for her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Try some yoghart for breakfast, or some healthy cereal with low fat milk!.

Lunch a salad sandwhich with ham or just a plain salad (lettice, cucumber, celery, etc) and as a dressing mayb low fat mayo, or some low fat salad dressing!. Also give her a peice of fruit that she likes!. Also mayb give her some healthy chips(cant think wat der called) or rice cakes or something

Snack mayb fruit, or rice cakes or yoghart or even some cereal( i snack on cereal through out the day)!. Or even some low fat ice cream for desert with some tin fruit in NATURAL juice, nt the syrup stuff!. Or even dryed fruit, i eat that for a snack, ie dried pawpaw, or dried pinapple- it naturally sweet, so it tastes really nice!.

Also make sure she drinks water through out the day, no soft drink crap, and mayb at t giver her some diet soft drink, as a re-ward for doing well through out the day, but if she doesnt eat healthy keep her drinking water!.
Also use wholegrain bread, any bread but white!.

wow it sounds like you really care about her!. I hope her parents keep up your hard work when you are done babysitting her!.
Breakfast - fruit, healthy cereal
Lunch - salad, make sure you add some lean meat for protein or fish or grilled chicken (not fried)
Snack - Fruit, veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers, broccoli)

No soda, try 1% milk during meals and water the rest of the day!.

introduce some yogurt, fruits and some all bran cereal mixed with some coco crunch or dried fruits!. that's for breakfast!.

for lunch, chicken noodle soup or chicken sandwich with salad!. or some lightly pan fried fish and little roasted potatoes and salad!. throw in some orange juice in there!.

For dinner, some pasta with tomato sauce would be great!. Or some tofu burger with salad!.

for snack, an apple, a banana, watermelons, papaya or a pear will be perfect

just stay away from oily and fatty stuff and it'll be ok!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

breakfast: try scrambled eggs (no butter) and turkey bacon with a fruit of some kind!.

lunch: try a turkey sandwich with baked chips and some kind of fruit or veggie she will eat!.
