Over weight... what to do?!


Question: Over weight!.!.!. what to do!?
ok i am really over weight so much that even if i walk up the stairs slowly that it leaves me out of breath, i know i should lose weight, but because of religous reasons i can't join a sports club or anything like that, any way i am embarresed to take of my clothes in front of other girls, my parents have told me that i was over weight, and i know i should but i just can't! i am in my teens and i weigh 234 my family was always heavy but only in there older years, i am gettting ready to go back to school, and i want to be able to fit into clothes for people my own age! gym for me is HARD! and i want to be able to run around the mall with my friends, walking around anywhere, standing up for more than 10 to 15 minutes leaves me WANTING, or even BEGGING to sit down i personally don't care about my weight, and my friends say i don't look that big, but i want to be healthy not skinny! i am built with a big frame!.

Two things that will help if you do them!. Number 1: exercise by walking!. Walk early in the day if you can and in the early evening hours!. Start with short walks and build on that!. Number 2: Consume smaller portions and eat slower!. It takes a while before your brain recognizes the fact that your should be satisfied!. Better yet, only put what you plan on eating on your plate and no more!. To keep from overeating will take some will power but if you are serious about losing weight, you should be able to accomplish it!. Weight loss targets should be about 1 pound a week!. Don't expect miracles in two week time!. Losing a pound a week is doable with this plan!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask yourself, why is it sinful to wear pants!? That is a stupid outdated idea from somebody who lived years ago, and you're living your life according to what he said!? Just put on some pants and exercise, you won't go to hell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try weight watchers!. my mother tried it two years ago and after only about six months , she lost over 50 pounds!. all you have to do is stick to the rules and it should really help you!. there are weight watchers centers all over the united states and you can even buy foods that follow the weight watchers rules!. applebee's even has a full weight watchers part of their menu!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

morning and having 6 littler meals throught the day!.

never finish your meal, and eat about 4 small meals, drink water, have fruit, walk or jog, eat vegs, try to have less pasta, and bread, and potatoes!. i know it is hard to lose weight!. dont give up!. and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just go for long walks in your spare time, not slow walks, but brisk pace!. If you walk for an hour or so every night, and eat healthier, youll see a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
