What's the most intense AB work out you have?!

Question:

What's the most intense AB work out you have?

What's the most intense and effective AB exercise you can think of, specifically for lower abs. I have a 2 pac already, so what is the toughest lower ab workout you know of? I already know about bicycle sit ups (right elboe to left knee, left elboe to right knee) crunches, incline sit ups, and sit ups... Are there any more? Also is that ab work out in The Fast and the Furious where the Asian guy is hanging upside down, and doing situps that way safe?

Answers:

Ok, i answered this on my other account but it got deleted. Here it goes....

Lay flat on your back and stretch your body out. Keep your legs together. Lift your shoulder blades up off the ground and keep your torso there. keep your legs straight and lift them to a 45 degree angle and keep them there. then put one hand on top of your head and on hand over your torso, and do crunches like that while keeping your legs together and still at the 45 degree angle, and your shoulderblades off the ground at all times. rotate hand positions so everything's equalized. The resistance on your abs should grow more intense after each one you do. that is because with your legs and shoulder blades in the air, most of the pressure will be focused on your abs when u are crunching.

Hope that helps ;)
