Leg and arm exercises?!


Question: Leg and arm exercises!?
My legs are pretty normal!. Until you get to my upper thigh!. If you looked at my upper thigh alone, you'd think i was giant while the rest of my thigh is very toned!. It's wierd!.

My arms are skinny!. Until you get to my upper arm!. It's not huge, i just hate it!. :)

What are some exercises that I could do to tone my upper arms and thighs!? I don't want bulk, just tone!. I do cardio work at least 3 times a week so I don't need suggestions like running or something like that!. Weight training, squats, lunges, all are good!.

Totally understand where you're coming from here!.

Pilates is your answer!. This method of exercise lengthens, strengthens and tones the body without building bulk!.

I too wanted skinnier legs and it wasn't until I started doing Pilates that I finally achieved a little more of the longer lean look rather than the muscular look!.

Try to find a good Pilates matwork class in your area and aim to go 2-3 times a week!.

The results are not instant but will stay with you once you have retrained your body!.

I have some Pilates based exercises online, they are FREE, professionally put together and a good introduction to Pilates!.

There is a series of old workout videos called Arms of steel, legs of steel, buns of steel, and abs of steel!. They are really old but they are amazing workouts, and they really work!. You can only find the original workouts on vhs tapes!. You can get them on amazon!.com for 3-5 dollars a piece!. Read the reviews! They work!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
