Question about exercising?!

Question about exercising?

ppl say that until after you have exercised for 20 minutes u havent burned any fat. (i actually read this in a biology book too) well what are you burning then for those first 20 minutes? would it be pointless then to jog for just 20 minutes and then stop?


Answers:

well I think for the first 20 it's just warming up the body however once the metabolism gets going it will burn fat after you've stopped working out so you're still having an effect.
