Because they have so many vains going to all there fat, and they have to breath heavy to get oxygen to supply nitrogen to there heart to supply blood!. And thats takes alot of air, the vains have to spread to all the fat so it doesn't rot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
their lungs are crushed and its hard to get air in,, i saw a show the other day showing an autopsy of a fat man,, his lungs were squashed down,, real bad!Www@Answer-Health@Com
