While you will be consuming fat your body will also be in a crisis mode as it doesn't realize you're doing this on purpose!. For all it knows there really isn't any food to eat!. my gym teacher told me the answer to this after i jokingly bragged about my all-water diet!. You would have really bad headaches and you would lose anywhere from 20-30 percent of your body weight in the first ten days!. Your liver/kidney would shut down and you would feel really bad pain in your head!. The chloric acid in your stomach would eat the lining of your stomach and your stomach would shrink and you would have really bad heart burn!. Well, to be technical, your body would suffer from lack of food, slowing down your metabolism!. You wouldn't be able to burn many calories because your body is clinging to every single one!. If its for weight loss, this is SUCH a bad idea!. (It's a bad idea no matter what the goal) This is very unhealthy because your body needs fuel!. Water isn't fuel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
