im 14 and 5'7 and i really wanna loose some weight so i could look better!.
any tips!?!?
i've tried everything and it doesnt help!

Here is what I tried:
Go for a twenty minute walk in the morning!. If you have a dog, bring it along!.
Then eat breakfast!. (If you work out before breakfast you will lose a lot of weight!.)
Don't eat anything between lunch, but go for a fifteen minute walk in between!.
Make lunch something light, like a salad, but a smaller portion than you usually have!.
For a snack, eat celery!. IT HAS NEGATIVE CALORIES!!!!!! I saw it on the news!
Eat dinner, and again have a smaller portion!. After, go for a twenty minute jog, or a fourty minute walk!.
Don't eat after 7:30 because then it will be harder to fall asleep and sleep is key when dieting!.
Drink at least 9 cups of water a day!.

Running is a good start!. Diets don't work!. You want to lose weight, you need to make a long term life change!. Changing the way you eat and start exercising, which you've done!. Cut out all sugary drinks!. Drink plenty of water!. You need to change your routine up a bit!. Try swimming, bike riding, join a gym and try taking a class there!. Get a workout video!. Buy a resistance band and do the workouts that I'm sure come with it!. There are plenty of things you can do so that your workout doesn't get dull!. Most of all, don't stress yourself out about losing weight!. Stress puts weight on!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
