Question: What happens if you drink whey protein but don't workout!?

If you're going to do that you can drink it before or after you go to sleep!. The only reason why I only drink it after working out is because it costs a lot!. On the label it tells you when to drink it!. I think its before or after working out and before or after sleeping!. Both will help you build muscle but obviously drinking it after working out will build more muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It won't do anything!. It really depends on how many calories you are consuming!. More calories equals more weight!. Drinking a shake with whey protein and carbohydrates is good for recovery after stressing the muscles during exercise!. Since you are not stressing your muscles, it is not doing you any good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um if u add it to what unormally eat add like a 500cal shake to ur reg diet and ull gain weight but idk yea not much muscle u need to workout to do that ull jus get fatterWww@Answer-Health@Com
