What is a good exercise to get rid of "love handles"?!

What is a good exercise to get rid of "love handles"?

I've tried oblique crunches and am getting NO WHERE. Help?


Answers:

I use to train people, esp women to work out and lose that very bit of fat. FIRST OFF: No more cheese or ice cream.
The best exercise to tone and stretch the muscles on the sides is simple side bends with one arm draped up over your head (hand hanging dow by the opposite ear). Bend side to side with whatever reps feel comfortable and continue doing this as you feel like it throughout the day. Side to side.. I am certainyou can look up the exercise. DO NOT USE WEIGHTS, as weights build muscle and you want slim hips and sides. Goodluck.. Cycling or stepping will burn the fat quicker...
