What is your opinion on this?

I've been walking everyday for 30 minutes a day. Is this a good way to trim fat and tone up?


Answers:

I've always heard that walking is a great exercise because it is low-impact on your joints and it is something that nearly everyone can do. You can walk indoors, such as at a shopping mall, pretty much anytime of the year in any weather; or walk outdoors in good weather, being careful to stay well-hydrated in either case. It will take time to see results, but it is a good, safe way to gain health benefits. I included some web sites that may be of interest to you.
