Question: By summer//spring 09!?
Hey, im 14 female!.180lbs(no comments please)!. My goal weight is about 130-140!. I have been trying to lose weight and exercising!. Right now i am a size 13 in juniors, xl top!. By about March or April next year I would like to be a size 9 or 10 in juniors and a Medium or Large top!. So this is my new exercise plan for this fall// winter!. (hopefully Daily)

Working on a exercising ball about 15min!.
3lb weights 100-200
50-100 Jumping jacks
Going up and down my stairs about 15-20 times a day!.
and exercise video's (dance) about 30min!.

And a few other odd and end exercises!. I have been trying to most of these daily and hope to get into a good routine!. Also I have been trying to eat better!. Do you think that by next spring (swim suite season) I could be about a size 9!? And any other tips that could help me!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
