Question: Flat stomache and thin thighs!?
oh so i weight 195 but i want to get my stomache flatter and my thighs thinner my thighs are very big and it sort of runs in the family and i was wondering what exersises could i do to make them get smaller and thinner!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend!.!.
cardio for AL LEAST 30 minutes a day!.!. (except maybe one day a week off!.!.say, sundays!)
Try using interval training!.!. if possible!
It's the most effective way to lose weight and get quicker results!.!.!.
this means instead of say, a 30 minute brisk walk at the same pace!.!. alternate this with jogging periods (or even a faster walking pace) for some of the time, it could even just be 5-10 minute intervals but alternating speeds definetaly helps and as u probably know higher intensity= more calories burned and then obviously = weight loss and toning!!.!.!.Also, changing incline will be sure to help as well!.!.!. especially for slimming your legs!.!. dont say on an even, or level path the whole time, try walk up hills as much as possible, this will increase intensity, burn fat and tone legs!!.!.!.!. this kind of cardio should also help your stomach as cardio strips calories and fat, u could also incorporate some pilates toning excercises or crunches to build some muscle definition!.!.but focus on cardio cardio cardio!!!
plus, (obviously) eat well!
wholegrains, fruit, veg, lean protein, - watch portion sizes and cut out the bad stuff altogether, so no fried food or sweet stuff, anything processed or artificially sweetended!.!.!. basicaly, anything that tastes to good to be healthy! & drink water water water!.!.!.

Ahhh i have the same problem
Do squats and stuff!. it really works your legs and makes your bum tighter!.
Eat 3 meals a day with no crisp or anything in between!.
Also do sit ups!.
Go on youtube and type in 'six pack' one comes up!.!.!.
How to get a six pack in 6 mins!.
Do that every night for a couple of weeks and see if you want to carry it on!. You will be sure to see a difference xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!.!. strength training may keep them at the same size because muscle can be built bulky!.!.!.so!.!.!.I'd do running!. It is a calorie/fat burner that will shape up your thighs!. If not, try swimming!. It is a calorie burner/muscle builder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try 3 sets of squats with the legs spread wider than shoulder width!. Make sure you do high reps of the exercise!. That might help the inner thighs!. Walking at a brisk pace or running for long distances will help also!.
For abs, body crunches and leg raises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try jogging, I started jogging every morning and I lost alot of weight, try to eat none fatty things, and do some abs, those help, jump rope that helps alot, well, hope I was helpful

there is no exersice that will only target tha specific part of your body, i recomend lots of runing drinking lots of water and intense cardio for for at least 10 minutes a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
