How do i get my butt flatter?!


Question: How do i get my butt flatter!?
im 5'7" and my legs are skinny and my thighs are to i should be a size 4-5 but my butt is so big that im a size 8

Guys love big butts!. I wouldn't want my butt to be flat at all i love it the way it is!. But if you want some exercises to get your butt firmer or tighter here are some of the best ones!.

Firmer
Stand with back, shoulders, and butt pressed against a wall!. Keep feet hip-wide apart!. Slide down until thighs are parallel to floor!. Hold for one count than slide up!.


Tighter
Stand with your feet wide apart and hold a weight!. Bend knees until thighs are parallel to floor!. Hold for 2 to 3 seconds, then straighten legs, keeping heels flat, squeezes thighs and butt as you come up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's fine if you have a big butt but used to be smaller but it keeps getting bigger! im a size 7 or 9 and was wondering the same thing!. I know if you do squats that helps so much!. Go get on all four on the floor and extend your legs out with light weights in them!. Mabey try running cause they usually are stick skinny!. Just try to do stuff that involves your legs and pressure on them cause thats what works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a problem I have!. Jeans are tight around my butt, and loose around my waist!. I have to wear a belt!. My waist is a size 3, but I wear a size 5; sometimes even a 7! It's all a matter or finding the right brand of jeans!. Might I suggest trying on some Wranglers!? From experience, I've learned that my hubby loves my round bottom!. I'd have to say love what the good lord gave ya, and work it! Curvy is so much more attractive than flat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been sitting on mine for 32 years!.!.!.that seems to have done the trick!

All joking aside, there's NOTHING wrong with a size 8!!! Even if your butt's a size larger than the rest of your body, so what!? Instead of spending your time trying to change yourself, concentrate on loving and accepting yourself regardless of your appearance!. Maybe that's a question you could ask here!.!.!.

As a man I can say we like a big butt and small waist!. Jogging is a good way to tighten up though!. There's no miracle cure I'm aware of to make ones butt flatten (doesn't sound appealing)!. I'm sure you look fine!. Men really do like big butts on women that are in shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok squats, actually make your butt bigger so DO NOT DO THEM if you want a SMALLER butt!. Just do plenty of cardio to burn off excess fat in that area and eat healthy!. You shouldnt worry, im sure you look fine!. If I were you I would flaunt it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

become leaner!. if you store a lot of weight in that area, it will come off that area if you lose fat weight (not muscle weight, that's not good)Www@Answer-Health@Com
