Question: How much am i over weight!?
I am 15 and a half i am 5'6 and i weigh about 188 and what can i do loose some of the weight,how much do i have to excercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay well I would say that you're atleast 30-40 lbs overweight, but with hardwork and exercise you'll be able to shed those extra pounds!. I suggest keeping a food diary, because sometimes it's hard to realize just how much you've eaten in a day!. I myself eat like a beast, and if I don't write everything down I end up consuming WAY too much!. Also, I reccomend eating foods that are low in sugar, and high in protein!. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, and whole grains, and lean meats!. Also I would say you should exercise a fair amount, maybe one hour of running/walking or any type of cardio every day!. Try to burn more calories than you take in; but not to an unhealthy extent!. Get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes each day!. Increase the minutes for faster results but make sure it's no more than 90 minutes!. Take walks and jogs around your neighborhood and use stairs instead of elevators!. Get involved in sports!.

You didn't ask about diet but I think it's important to mention that you should increase your water intake with your physical activity!. Eat whole-grain breads and pastas!. And I think this is obvious but avoid junk foods!. ; )
