Question: How many calories do I need to eat to lose weight!?
I'm a Male, 5"8 weighing 183 lbs!. I play soccer 5 days a week for 2 hours, which is a great aerobic workout for me!. I also do weight lifting on my Bowflex 3 days a week for around 30 mins each!. How many calories do I need to eat to lose more weight!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key to losing weight is to do something that your body is not used to doing on a normal basis!. If you intake 2000 to 2500 calories a day then you should cut it down to around 1500 calories a day!. I'm also 5" 8' and used to weigh as much as you did 2 months ago!. Now I weigh 155 by just cutting down the calories and not eating past 6:00 pm!. I don't exercise much and I lost weight by cutting the calories!.
