Use up more calories than you consume!.!.!.!.!. I don't think weight really matters tho you should just have an ideal look!. Cuz if you're working out you're still going to be building muscle ya know!? Make sure you weigh yourself naked too haha im not tryin to be perverted clothes will change the scale more than you think!. For exercises take a look at interval training that's the most effective technique!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Maybe you should aim to be 140 and so your exercise enough to get to 140 and then just settle for 145!. It's all mental!.
One of the best ways to lose weight is to be CONSISTENT!. That is the key!. your body likes to keep weight steady!. You need to get the big ball rolling which is hard but when you get it going it snowballs and the pounds drop off!.
You need to do so much exercise that you almost pass out!.

try drinking lots of green tea!. it has stuff in it that helps you shed water weight, help you from getting hungry longer, and will help you ultimately lose weight!. it won't make you drop 20 pounds or anything, but if you only want to lose a couple of ounces, this is definitely a safe, effective, healthy way to do that!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
