well for one thing your not gonna lose 30 pounds period sitting here on the computer!.
second thing, to loose that amount of weight in such a small time frame would be unhealthy and could even possibly put you in the hospital!
if your trying too look thinner, you could always go buy a corset, if its for something like karate then your screwed, but you could work on losing the weight for later competitions!.

Sorry to break it to you but there's no fast way for losing weight!. one thing that will help majorly in the long run of weight loss though is completely STOP drinking sodas for a few months till you get down to your desired weight!.!.!.trust me that alone will do wonders!. Make sure you keep eating throughout the day but keep it healthy!. If you go the route of not eating your body will start storing the fat in what little you do eat, and you'll end up gaining weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
