Question: I'm feeling fat :( plz read it all and answer helpfully!?
i'm 12 years old girl,
i weigh 93 to 95 pounds, depending on the time i weigh myself
i want to get down to 90 in about 27 days, because that's when school starts!.!.
i just went to the doctor and she said im at a perfect weight, but my face is fat and looks even fatter when i smile and my upper arms have a lot a fat even when i flex and my stomach too
i guess i'm okay though, by stomach is kinda flat and the only exercise i really do is running a mile every night and i only burn 50 calories!.!.

i eat a lot, for lunch since i'm chinese i eat a bowl of rice with some vegies, i eat an eggo waffle and some cereal for breakfast, and for dinner i eat a lot of different chinese foods!. i try to eat less, but it's really hard!. for a snack, i eat one piece of bread with chesse and ham, which is about 200 calories

am i eating too much!? i feel so fat with my FACE and my ARMS
my legs are okay, but i have a lot of muscle and almost no fat so thats yWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
just keep up the running and dont stop!.
maybe try running faster and or longer!.
instead of bread and cheese and ham for a snack, have some fruit!.

eat smaller portions for lunch/dinner, but for breakfast eat until your not hungry since its the start of your day!.

when your watching tv you culd maybe run in place for every commertial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not fat at all! im 5'1" and i weigh 101 - 103!.

i think pilates would be good for you, cause you jst need to tone up!. im going to take pilates soon, too!. :]

EDIT: i heard working out/running in the morning before you eat is good because its burning reserved fat, but thats just what i heard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your already skinny as it is!.
your BMI is 17!.9, Which means you are underweight!.
Im your same height, and I weight 114!.
Sure yeah I'm not exactly model skinny but who is!?
I still wear a size two!. which I consider small!.
So even though everyone on yahoo answers feels sooooo bad for a 12 year old who is becoming anorexic, get over it!.

If you want to tone your arms, just do some simple exercises (girl push-ups, curls w/ low weights)!. In regards to your "fat face", don't worry about it! I can just imagine that you have a "round" shaped face, as do I! I used to hate my big cheeks! haha (sorry, it makes me laugh now that i am older)!. Honestly, you are very young and not done growing yet! Things will most likely balance out in a few years! By the way, round faced people have the Best Smiles! I am sure you don't look fat (tip--don't tilt you head towards your clavicle when you smile, instead hold your head high, tilt, and smile with all you've got!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing 3 pounds will not really make a difference!. And since you are still young, still growing, and the perfect weight according to your doctor, there is no reason to lose weight and trying to do so is most likely unhealthy and unnecessary!.

You should continue to exercise because it is healthy to be active!. But truthfully, you are not gonna lose weight from it [and you do not need to]!. You will continue to gain weight for the next six years or so since you will be growing (not getting fatter but taller)!.

You are probably are making a big deal out of nothing!. Most teenage girls think they have more fat than the really do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
