Weight training question!


Question: Weight training question
Ok!.!. when weight training, what weight am i supposed to lift and how many times!?

i!.e!. maximum weight i can lift 8x or!.!.!.

light weight x as many as i can!?

Answers:
You should do 3 sets with a 12rep then 10rep then 8 rep usually
some people prefer a 10-8-6 rep set!. This will help you get big!. If you want to get toned then do more reps, but most people wanna get big so I reccomend getting something heavy that when you do 12 youre smoked so you wait 2 min then push out 10, then struggle to do 8!. Its those last 2 pushes that kill that make the muscle grow!. No pain no gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
