Question: I Want this baby WEIGHT OFF! Anything to help plez!?
I currently weigh 176 and i want to be 140! back where i was before my son, my son is 16 months old and when i came home from the hospital i weighed 192 i cant take it anymore i dont feel sexy and its bad enough i have streatch marks ALL up and down my belly i cant take it i want to adleast be 150 thats 26 pounds and its all around my tummy and thighs! Anyone with a success story PLEASE im only 21 and 5'6!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can do this!! I gained about the same amount after having three kids and have been losing I weight 135 at 5"4 and have about 10 lbs to go!.
**Keep track of calories!. You can get a free calorie counter on-line by googling it and keep track of your daily calories!.
**Reduce calories, if your current goal is 150 aim for 1500 per day!.
**Try to avoid eating after 8:00 in the evening
**Excercise 1/2 hour cardio per day 5x per week- I know its tough with a baby, but you can even take him for walks and that wil help
**Excercise balls are great for the core and basic crunches will help the tummy as well as lay on your back and do flutter kicks- you can get a ball at walmart for $10
**Stay positive, you may not see the scale move for two weeks, but then you can expect to see about 2 lbs per week which will be lbs that stay off! Remember that the scale willl fluctuate slightly with time of day and time of the month, dont let it discourage you,if you follow the above, you will have guaranteed results:)
** Consider joining the YMCA, its $58 a month for a family, they have day care and mom and me classes, great machines as well as when your baby is 3 he can take 1 hour idependednt classes for inexpensive prices and you have workout time
**avoid alcohol, it can stay on your system for a long time, almost a week, is high in calories and slows your metabolism, really it defeats so much of what you're working towards
**lotion the stretch marks well as you lose weight

first off no such thing as a true dite !. its a life stile change of eating!.once this is done !. the rest will fall in place !. with a little leg lifting and walking and such when ever you can will help !. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am alot younger than you!. But I also want the baby fat off!. And the best way to lose yours is the way I am losing mine!. I lost 15 lbs in one month! And since I am a teenager it will work even better for you!. All you do is watch what you eat!. Don't kill yourself doing it!. Eat lots of vegis and fruits!. Not really fried vegis but fresh ones!. And dont drown them in dressing and sauces, very fatening!. STAY AWAY from starbucks!. That is like a 5000 calorie drink!. But you need calories!. Eat atleast 2000 calories for your body to get the nutriants it needs!. Eat sensibly, dont starve yourself, that will make your situation worse!. You don't have to completly stay away from cupcakes and cookies and stuff, just dont eat it all the time!. Eat it if you really need to) maybe 1 every week or even less!. Watch the amount you eat!. Think about it first "Am I really hungry!? Do I really need to eat that much!?"
Exercise alot
Baby steps right!?
Jogging is the best solution, go for a nice jog, listen to music while doing so
And if your in an extra hurry to lose it, do pilaties too!.
Work out atleast 45 mins, 4 times a week
Or you can work out everyday
