Question: Want to lose 10-15 pounds in a month
I have noticed all my clothes are starting to get a bit tighter and I want to lose my newly gained weight and a few more pounds I am a size 5 right now and want be a size 3 and I'm 5'7"!. I do not eat particularly healthy but am wondering if I run for 30 minutes every morning make healthier food choices and work out for an hour in the evening how much weight I would lose in a month !? I really want to lose the weight fast, like within 2 months is this reasonable!? And any tips!? I also have hydroxycut hardcore for women should I take that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recently lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks!. I wasn't really trying, but I had back surgery and my doctor suggested that I eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and start walking!. He wanted me to be walking a mile by my 6 week check-up!. Well, because I'm not allowed to lift anything over 4 lbs or bend, I can't exactly fix myself lunch, so I've been having a bowl of grape nuts for breakfast (it fills you up fast, so you only need a small bowl) and I've been eating fruits and veggies for lunch!. Then at dinner time, my husband has been making healthy foods (baking and grilling, no frying)!. I've cut my portions down a little bit and when I want a snack, I grab blueberries or those little grape tomatoes!. Plus, this is only week 4 and I've been walking a mile a day for over a week, now!. I've lost 11 lbs!. A healthy diet promotes healing and I want out of this horrid back brace ASAP! LOL!.!.!.So, it's been easy to stick to!. I've also pretty much cut out fast food because I can't drive right now!. I'm sure that contributed a lot to the weight loss!.

So!.!.!.improve your diet, get a bit of exercise and the pounds will just fall off!. Especially if you are young!. I'm in my mid-30's and am surprised by how fast the weight is coming off!.

Firstly, you don't need the drugs!.

If you nail your diet down and exercise properly you'll lose the weight, it's simple maths!.

There's no reason you shouldn't lose the weight within a couple of months!. Experts say 2 pounds a week is safest, and the slower you lose it, the longer it'll stay off!.

Don't forget to take a rest day, to let your body recover, otherwise you'll injure yourself through over training and put the weight back on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks using Tony Horton's Ten Minute Trainer program which takes just a few minutes each morning!. I went from a size 38 waist to a size 34!.

Other tips!.!.!.

Cut down on breads and carbs!.
Drink lots of water and elminate sodas and coffee, and especially coffee shop drinks like caramel frapaccinos, etc!.
Don't eat after 8pm!.
Eat a good breakfast -- it will make you eat less at lunch!.
Try having a piece of fruit around 10:30 am and 3:30 pm to tide you over to the next meal!. Apples and bananas are both very filling!.

Don't worry about drugs!.!.!.just take a good multi-vitamin each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I get that question a lot from many people I help!.

I'll eventually tell you how to lose more weight in a healthy way and maintain it for many years!.

In the mean time, here is how to lose weight quickly!.
First, eat a small portion 6 times a day, every three hours!.

Second, drink lots of water- 8 glasses a day!.

Third, cut down on soda and switch to diet soda or even water!.

Fourth, do NOT skip breakfast!.

Fifth, eat lean meat such as chicken and turkey!.

Sixth, do not eat within two hours before going to bed!.

Seventh, carry healthy snacks such as fruits and baby carrots!.

Eighth, start running 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week!.

Last, sleep at least 8 hours day!. Lack of sleep makes you eat more!.
