10 pounds a month is not unrealistic to happen in the beginning of weight lost- however, it's not healthy to loose so much weight so quickly!. Also, it will be much harder to keep it off after your cruise if you loose it so quickly - take it from me - I lost 50 lbs in 6 months and that was really trying hard!. Once I lost it, I started to eat un healthy again and gained it all back plus 30 really quick!. Now it's much harder to get off, and I'm taking my time so that I learn how to keep it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2-3 pounds a week is considered safe!. To lose 70 pounds you would have to consistently lose at least 2 pounds per week for the next 35 weeks or 3 pounds per week for the next 23 weeks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

ACTUALLY NOT REALLY ALTHOUGH KEEP ON BEING HEALTHY!
I ATE VEGGETEABLES AND MEAT AND WORKED OUT ON THE MORNING FOR 30 MINUTES AND LOST 13 LBS IN TWO WEEKS
