Answers:
yes fruits and veggies have calories!.!.!.although alot less then processed, packaged foods!.!.!.!.!.!. they dont make you fatter unless all your eating is avacado!.!.!.try to keep it more to the veggie side!.!.although fruit is so much healthier for you even too much natural sugar isnt good for you!.!.just keep it within the guidlines below and you'll be just fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you research on new findings it's not the calories you should only be concerned about but nutrition!. Good fats actually help you lose weight!. If you live on diet soda and cigarettes you'll eventually gain weight in the long run!. Fruits and veggies are healthy, go for it!.!.!.but remember a sudden switch in diet can work against you, especialy if you do it wrong!. Fruits are high in sugar content!.!.!.too much of anything is bad basically!. ALso you need to know what kind of fruits/veggies to eat more and what of those to eat less!. Diabetics are not even advised to eat too much fruit!.

OF COURSE fruit and veggies have calories, just less of them I think you know that!. The advantage to them is they fill you up more, which somewhat curbs your appetite!. Plus they are nutritious and have lots of fiber!.

In my opinion though you need a good balance to lose weight and maintain healthy weight!. You won't find enough of other healthy components just by eating fruits and veggies!. For instance, best source of omega 3 is from FISH!. To get enough of it, in fact you'd need 2-3 servings of fish a week!.!.!.with veggies, probably PILES of it, which I think would be even bit much for anyone to maintain in the long run!.

Plus, I do not believe in pure vegan diet!. We were meant to eat some fats (well, you can eat avocados I guess)!. Our brain is 60 percent fat!. Just have a bit of balance!. If you really want to become vegetarian, do it gradually, and really study about nutrition!. Its not just about chucking in fruits and veggies into your diet!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about the calories in these foods!. Eat a variety of them and get 5 servings daily!. Check wikipedia for the sugar content if you are eating primarily fruits, but even then that is not so much of a worry!. Concentrate on the other foods and substances that you are putitng, if any, in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everything short of water has calories!.

Most young women these days think they are overweight and the TV and magazine ads don't do anything to help that!.

If you are around 18 years old, depending on your height, you should be between 120 - 149 lbs!. If you are younger, that number is less!.

So, what I suggest is to see an MD to find out if you are overweight!. If you are, he will give you a real diet and nutrition plan and will help you to learn to eat well!.

Do NOT start doing fad diets, you will just get into trouble later in life with those and most of them do not work!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It varies, but yes, they do have calories!. Fruits and vegetables are very good for you!. You can search the fruit or veggies you want at several sites, but this is one of my favorites:
