What was your motivation to finally start loosing weight?!


Question: What was your motivation to finally start loosing weight!?
I'm about 60 lbs over weight, and have been for the past two years!. I'm so physically ready to loose the weight and mostly mentally, I just can't get myself to get off my but and start exercising and making better food choices!. So my question to you is, how did you get yourself to get up and get going!? How did you get yourself motivated!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

during my last three years of high school i took Conditioning as a class!. it focused mostly on weightlifting and by the time i got to my junior year i looked amazing!. my legs and arms were perfectly toned and - thanks to heavy squats - my *** was in fantastic shape!. after high school however, i completely quit working out!. every time i put on a bikini i refused to look in the mirror - my *** was gone, there was no definition in my legs, and i had cellulite my thighs! my self esteem really dropped and i knew i needed to start working out again, but i just couldn't bring myself to do it!. i finally found a friend to get up and go with me everyday, monday - friday!. mon, weds, and fri!. we do weight training and tues!. and thurs!. we do cardio!. if you're not in to weightlifting i would definitely recommend trying an elliptical machine! start out with 3 times per week for at least 20 minutes each workout, and build up to 5 times per week!. it's a fun machine that doesn't put stress on your joints and works your entire body!. i've never looked forward to cardio workouts as much as i do now that i've started using this machine! plus, once you start to see results the motivation will come much easier!. you'll have a stronger desire to keep working to look even better! But now that I've lost the weight really fast the healthy way, that is motivation enough to keep going!. And fitting into old clothes!.

Just force yourself to go to the gym and once you're there you'll feel better!.

Also, reward yourself for accomplishments like a spa or shopping or something!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i broke up with a guy who chose another girl over me!.!.!. i kind of compared myself to her and realised that she had a much better body than mine! that kind of caused me to become determined to get fitter!.!.!. i began to go to the gym and started to enjoy it as i saw the weight begin to drop off and i began to feel a lot better about myself!.

why don't you stick a picture of your aim on the wall!.!.!. what you want your body to look like (a realistic one though such as j lo's!? rather than posh spice's lol)!.!.!. this may give you an incentive to work out and eat better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was always over weight, and I use to say to myself "it ant so bad!" well after i had my son, and stopped working I gained 70 lbs in less than a year!. It was horrid! i had problems walking, tieing up my shoes!. I let a bit of a weight problem turn into a huge one!. all I can say is don't be like me, don't put it off!. Another 10lbs may creep on, then turn into 20!.!.!. and you'll be in a bigger hole than you are now!

My wife used to "pick" with me when I started showing some belly fat and started getting lovehandles!. Now, my wife has admitted cheating, and naturally I feel this is the cause!. That is my motivation!. I'll show her when she calls me back one day on down the road!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
