Question: I need help with a diet and excersize plan!
Hello , I am looking to loose 10-15 pounds I am about 5'3 and 14 years old (female) !. I need a diet plan because I am going on to a competitive dance team and starting school on sept 15 !. I loose about 5 pounds a week if i make healthy choices I need help finding a good plan and alternatives at restaurants and fast food chaines!. Also an excersize plan for about 30 - 60 min a day !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi there!. There can be many causes for being over-weight as each individual is different, but in general just by following a few simple rules, you can get yourself going in the right direction towards weight loss!.

A few simple things for everyday life:
1!. Firstly and most obviously, watch your food, cut out the junk food i!.e!. burgers and pizza!! and try to eat a healthy balanced diet!. At the restaurant, choose the healthy options!. If you must have coke, then get diet coke - no calories opposed to loads of calories! Try portioning of meals, or counting calories and drink lots of water, water will make you feel fuller and give you less inclination to snack!.
2!. Always take the stairs, never take the lift/escalator, it will help you burn more calories and strengthen legs!.
3!.If you're taking a bus, get off a stop early and walk the final section!.
4!. Incorporate low intensity cardio into your daily routine, even if it's just going for a slow jog or taking a pet for a long walk in the morning and evening, low intensity cardio is the key to burning fat!. As you get fitter you can increase the intensity and distance!.
5!. Keep busy - doing everyday chores will burn calories whilst keeping you busy!.
6!. Persevere - There is no easy way of losing weight, it will take time and effort, but the rewards in terms of how you feel and the health benefits are more than worth it!.

Simply put, the secret to losing weight is burning more calories than you eat!. It's as simple as that, more cardio will burn more calories, a controlled, balanced diet will reduce calories eaten!. The result = weight loss!.

first change this diet if you really want this no carbs, two good meals, lean protein shake for lunch, sytha-6 from BSN is a good lean protein!. too drop the pounds run your *** off and some type of cardio everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
