This works for me and I lost 10 pounds in less than 4 weeks!. You need to cut out breads and potatoes completely!. Cut you meals down in half of what you usually eat and don't eat after 6 p!.m!.!. Only drink water and drink lots of it!. I carry a water bottle around with me throughout the day and keep filling it!. Drink 2 of them before a meal because you will feel more full!. What is great about this is that you will feel so much better too!. I try and do 200 sit-ups before bed every night too!. It's really easy because it's not like going on a "diet"!. It all depends on how hard you are willing to work!. There are a ton of wacky diets out there to help you lose weight fast, but most of it makes you lose water weight!. There is no substitute for diet and exercise!. It mat work a little slower, but you will be healthier and happier!. Drink lots of water and push yourself at the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay away from fatty foods!.

Shop the perimeter (outside) or your grocery store! I just learned this! All of the healthy things (mostly) are found on the outside!

Lots of fruits and veggies!

Proteins!.

Calcium!.

Also- DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! That's just BAD for your body!

And last- get a good sleep and a healthy breakfast!
