How can i lose 40 pounds in less than 2 months?!


Question: How can i lose 40 pounds in less than 2 months!?
hey im 16 yrs old and im overwight!.!. i weigh 160 and im like 5 ft!.!. i think im suppose to weight like 120 or sumthin like that so far ive lost just 5 pounds but u can even tell lol!.!.what can i do!?!?

--- i go to the gym 3 days a week
--- i eat everythin but without bread

plz tell me how long should i be working out!.!.

Congrats on taking the steps to make a change!! First and foremost DO NOT TAKE ANY KIND OF PILLS!. They usually have a lot of side effects and at 16 this will do nothing but hurt you in the long run!!! Now as for losing weight !.!.!.!.!. 2 to 3 pounds is the most you should be losing each week for it to be healthy !.!.!. so 40 pounds is quite an excessive # !!! But do some of these things and take a look at some of these sights also there is a dieting tea that you may be able to take !.!.!.!. it is all natural but you NEED TO CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FIRST!!!! so visit him and ask him about it I am sure he will advise you!. But drink a lot of water and the sauna is good for releasing toxins from your body and achy muscles it won't work wonders for dropping pounds!.!.!. but it makes your skin look great!!! Also try this it helps speed up your metabolism!.!.!.!. before you eat anything in the morning drink a full bottle of water (cold) it helps jump start your metabolism and walking believe it or not it really helps it takes a while but really works for toning!.

Ok here'ss the simple truth: You cannot healthily lose 40 pounds in less than 2 months!. If you want to reach a healthy weight status, going to the gym 3 times a week isn't going to cut it!. First, eliminate junk from your diet such as chips, soda etc!. Substitute in fruits, vegetables and milk!. Drink milk!. Also vary your workouts!. Doing the same workouts will do nothing!. It will help to a point but then your muscles will have adapted to it and it will do nothing more!. Do diffferent activities!. Have fun outside!.The small actvities you do can majorly help!. For instance, walk!. Walk briskly for ten minutes one week, maybe two!. Then 20 minutes!. Or go for a bike ride with your friends!. You'll be surprised how much weight you'd lose and have fun!. I lost alot of weight when I took up dancing!. You should try it, the daily practices really helped!. Plus you're still growing, so you do need to eat a diet with vitamin containing food!. Don't just starve yourself or deprive yourself of everything!. You are allowed to cheat sometimes and eat a cookie or something!. Just don't go overboard!. If you just live a healthy lifestyle, you'll be happier and the wieght will just slide off!. Don't get discouraged if you dont lose weight in the 1st week or month!. You have to give it time!. Here is some good advice!. Work out atleast 1 hour for five days a week!. You can eat whatever u want JUST DONT ABUSE!. Eat till you are full then stop and also try eating in small portiona so you dont expand your stomac!. Dont eat ALOT of fruits because, it may be natural, but there still is sugar in there!. The sauna does help because your body is made up of alot of water so when u sweat, u lose water and you lose some weight do the water loss too!. U dont have to go on a diet or anything but eat sensibly!. Btw, if you want to keep the pounds off, ur gonna have to change your lifestyle to this for the rest of yourself or else all the weight will come back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The Sauna just gets rid more of your water weight, but it's very cleansing!.
You should keep working out, for the rest of your life, staying fit is a LIFELONG commitment!. Really!.
You should aim for something easier like 150, and then keep going down and making more goals till your reach about 100-105 pounds [because your real weight should only be around 100-105 pounds!.]

Saunas help sweat out water, you should work out for at least 30 minutes each time you go!. It will take about 3 months to really see results!. You need some carbs in your diet to keep your blood sugar normal, so don't give up bread completely, just control your portion sizes when you eat!.

Just eat fruits and veggies no processed foods!.Only whole wheat lots of fiber,fish and chicken try eating 6 small meal a day you will find that this works very well!. and try not to eat past 4 or 5 at night you do not want all you dinner to stay in your stomach and turn to sugar!. My sister has a program (developed by a Dr!.) called Isagenix and if you want to email me, I'll hook ya up!. My parents and sister, her friends rave about it, and from what I see it works pretty well!. Their skin looks refreshed and there are many nutrients in the program!. Saunas help you a bit, but that mostly gets rid of toxins!. Good luck!

40 lbs in 2 months!.!.!.it could deff be done!.!.!.!.butt ur going to have to really limit what u eat to about nothingggg!.!.and make it only lettuce or grileld chix with stemed brccli and nothing else!.!.!.go to the gym everyday and not 3 times a week!. im not being sarcastic!. i ate barley nothing and worked out evryday and lost 35 lbs in month and half!. very un healthyyy but it woreksss!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Without cutting off your limbs, losing 40 pounds in 2 months is impossible!. You seem to be doing fine at the moment as your have lost 5 pounds already!. Keep doing what you are doing and eventually you will get to your desired weight!.

it doesn't matter about the quantity it matters about the quality so if your going to the gym and your not getting results then work harder on the gym !.!.!.yeah of course the sauna is good because its makes you sweat Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hell yeah the sauna is good!. I wrestle and we do something called the sweat box and we wear plastic suits and work out in 110 degrees, sweating will help you lose weight fastWww@Answer-Health@Com
