I have heard that eating 1/2 of a grapefruit everyday will help you lose weight by burning the fat from the foods you eat before your body can absorb it!. But this diet seems a little far fetched!. And eating that much grapefruit everyday would probabll be bad for your teeth and your stomach lining!. The citric acid wears at your enamal, ( something that will never grow back) And I heard it can do the same to your stomach!. My friend told me her mom would eat 1/2 a grapefruit in the morning with a handful of almonds and she could eat regularly during the day and she lost weight!. Almonds will help because the oils in them coat the lining of your stomach and digestive track so that it is harder for the fat to get absorbed into the body!.

That diet sounds a little unhealthy to me though!. IDKWww@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't really sound like your over weight so I don't really think you need a diet,but if you still wanna lose weight then you should probably take in consideration that given your courant weight and height that 10lbs!. is a little excesive,so maby you should aim for a lower amount of weight loss!.Now as far as a weight loss plan go's,I would suggest that you eat well and increase your physical acivity,for example excersising 30min!. three days a week will be fine!.Everyones differant,but this plan has always worked wonders for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Extreme diets seem so unhealthy and temporary to me!.

What always works for me is more fruits, vegetables, and fish, less red meat, pork, and alcohol, and consistent exercise that is composed of at least two routines that you alternate between maybe each week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
